The homes fabulous, open plan layout with vaulted ceilings boasts plenty of natural light and you can even soak up the sunset over the pool from the lounge. There is a large family dining room with seating for 6 guests, an intimate breakfast bar and an additional kitchen table. The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!


There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances throughout allowing you the option to cook a full meal at home or visit one of the numerous neighboring restaurants!

The welcoming lounge area offers plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screened TV perfect for cosy family nights in. Sliding patio doors lead straight onto the screened pool deck allowing you to watch the kids play in the pool or soak up the last of the day’s sun as it sets over the magnificent lake views!



To the rear of the home, overlooking the pool deck there is large master bedroom with its own bath room featuring dual sink vanities, garden tub and separate shower for ultimate privacy.

There are 3 additional bedrooms that share another full bath. One with a Queen/full bed and the other bedrooms both have two twin beds (4 twin beds in total). There is a separate toilet and powder room just off the main living area and for guest convenience, there is a full size, interior washer and dryer.



Exit the stunning family lounge through sliding patio doors onto the spacious pool deck with screened lanai and recently resurfaced sparkling swimming pool. The pool deck is fully furnished with chaise lounges for sunning and a table and chairs for dining.

Not to mention the spectacular lake view and memorable sunsets!



Three of the bedrooms and the family room feature flat screen, smart TVs with High speed Wireless internet service available throughout the home. The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers, car seats and high chairs for your convenience during your stay. Any additional requirements can be arranged upon request.


The garage has been recently converted into a games room complete with plenty of seating, table tennis table, 2 vintage Arcade Games and a mini Basket Ball Hoop! Not to mention a home gym area, complete with weights, yoga matt and mirror! Perfect for keeping in shape on your ultimate vacation!

Other things to note

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
