Villa Helios is located on a sunny southwest slope in the middle of a 7000qm large olive grove. The house has a large heated pool (3.5 x 16m), a heated outdoor Jacuzzy with jets and relaxation areas and a garden. The Jacuzzy is available to our guests from July 2019 and is located in the olive grove. From there, a wonderful view opens up over the landscape and the sea.
Following the ancient olive tree terraces Villa Helios is nestled on three levels on the hillside. This gives you a wonderful sea view from all rooms, terraces, pool and garden.
On over 220sqm living space is plenty of space for families and small groups. The arrangement of the rooms and the design of the surroundings of Villa Helios offers plenty of undisturbed privacy for restful, relaxing holidays.
The spacious living and dining area is on the same level as the pool. Whether you want to take in the house or on the terrace by the pool your meals rather, you always have a free panoramic view of the sea.
Three bedrooms are located on two higher levels, which are reached by a few steps from the living room. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with direct, exclusive access and a private terrace. The main bedroom on the first floor has the bed of a direct sea view and a Jacuzzi, from where you can enjoy the sunset over the sea.
The other two bedrooms have a king-size bed or twin beds. Both bedrooms have separately accessible bathrooms and terraces and also sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything you need for cooking or baking is present. Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment and toaster, coffee maker and egg cooker are included. A washing machine is also available in the house.
The dining area is at the level of the pool. Enjoy your breakfast or dinner on the poolside terrace. If you do not want to cook, then offer several alternatives. Visit one of the attainable in a few minutes restaurants. Alternatively, you can enjoy your dinner in your own private setting. A delivery service offers a wide selection of local dishes from the oven and the grill.
Internet is available via Free WIFI. The flatscreen TV offers numerous German and international programs. Blueray / DVD player and hi-fi system with USB, Bluetooth (for connection to brought music sources) and CD players are also available.

Our house is looked after by the manager of Keramoti Villas. A total of 7 villas are spread over the hillside (see location). Our property covers about 7600qm!
