This Meadows room was just perfect for me and my tween/teen boys for our ski weekend. While the Meadows over all is not a fancy or modern choice, it’s great for its location and underground parking and also has laundry and hot tub facilities. This room was also more updated than other rooms we have had there. We didn’t need anything during our short stay but the host sent many messages to check in which was very nice. We also had access to a ski locker, which you don’t get if you book rooms through Kirkwood. Everything was clean, neat and organized. I personally found the flavored coffee creamers a nice extra touch instead of just having some powdered creamer for my morning coffee. The TV set up was also very nice, with access to streaming.

The room was not that clean and the instructions for checking and out were unclear. WHile they mention only one parking spot available on premises that do not tell you that additional vehicles have no where else to go either. I have really mixed feeling about my stay.

Covered parking with high clearance, luggage carts available, made arrival easy even during stormy weather. The room is as described, so there's not actually a kitchen. However everything that was there was well stocked and maintained. An extra fan, and a space heater made it easy to deal with all of our wet ski gear

Cozy and close to resort

Just as advertised, the condo is very cozy, clean and close to the resort. Having fridge, microwave and coffee pot were ideal since food options at the resort are limited and not great.

Nice and cozy

Great little place for a cozy overnight in Kirkwood. . Loved the fireplace and all the available firewood. Best for two people. Four worked ok but a bit tight. Would come back again

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Perfect for a 2-3 day trip with me and my two boys. Communal space is great but felt like I was in a library at times. Very quiet and when kids got a little noisy it was quickly shut down by residents. Would definitely stay here again

Nice but not in the summer!!

The communication with the owner was great! Very nice and helpful. The place was ok it hadn't been prepared for the summer so we had to do a bit of cleaning in the back balcony before we could enjoy the sitting area, gas fireplace and amazing views! If you are going up for winter fun like skiing, boarding, etc.. This is your place!! If you are looking for summer fun, not so much. There wasn't a store or gas station less than 40 minutes away. The place was a ghost town with most things closed and being repaired. (Construction zone). There was no way to cook in this unit so prepare to go 'hotel' style for the most part. There was a nice fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. But bring your own coffee not enough for our stay. By no means was this a bad experience. We enjoyed the quiet and cool air. Just not what we were expecting. We probably would not stay again in the summer, but we would give it a try again for the winter months!

The listing provides the name for the wrong contact. The unit reserved was not clean, dirty floors, hair in the bathroom and shower. Once we got the right contact she was very communicative and helpful. She moved us to an adjacent unit which was much better, but still found the shower not very clean. Heat was off in the entire building and it was very cold, we were provided a space heater but that didn’t help much. For the price we paid to stay in an off season ski resort I would’ve expected at the very least that the place be clean and to be told ahead of time that there was no heat.

One/two night stay

Property excellent for 1 or 2 night stay. It’s 5 min walk to chair 5 &6. Back balcony view of chair 6 slopes. Nice quaint studio. The owner was wonderful to work with due this years crazy snow storms had to change bookings twice.

Cozy Little Condo

This was a cozy little condo, description of property very accurate, fireplace nice after skiing and comfortable bed with nice bed linens. However skiers need to be aware that the lack of cooking facilities and no cutlery or dishes (had only a frig, coffee maker, toaster and microwave)makes it difficult at Kirkwood as this ski resort has limited restaurants. In the evening only a pub and a place selling pizza are open. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was closed. However it was a pleasant room and owner was very attentive to ensure all was well for us.

Comfy, convenient spot to the slopes!

We loved our stay here. Comfortable bed and sofa pull-out, lovely linens, great set up for coffee, tea and a quick snack (microwave and toaster)! It served our 3 day, 2 night ski adventure well!!!

The room was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The common space was very nice and people tending to the property very friendly. However. the description of the place says one bedroom, one bath, and it says „you have the whole apartment to yourselves“. Unfortunately, I didn’t read to the very end where it says that it doesn’t have a kitchen. I also didn’t look at the pictures closely enough. What I thought was a big living room, was actually the common room. This place is too small for 4 adults, especially for more than one or two nights. It is not an apartment or studio as described, it is a hotel room. Additionally, we were very disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. We ended up spending a lot more money than anticipated for eating out and we decided to go home a day early.

Great place to stay at Kirkwood!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The lifts are right across the street, very convenient. The only thing we were disappointed in was the fact that the hot tub was closed.

We enjoyed our ski vacation at Kirkwood. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The skiing is a short walk away, so it's convenient.
