We loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the peaceful scenery, and the kayaks were a great way to explore the water right from the property. The house was clean, well-equipped, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect balance of comfort and nature. We can’t wait to come back!'

'This is a very relaxing site on Lake Sturgeon. The large main room has a great view of the lake, which is just a few steps away. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, plus many games and movies if you're stuck inside. The host, Stephen, is a warm and friendly man who will make things right if you should have any problems. '

'The cottage is beautiful and well-kept. It was amazing having access to the kayaks and paddleboards. Goerge is also very responsive when messaged. I would love to return.'

'Had an absolute wonderful time! My husband and I spent three nights and four days at the historic green door home. We were both able to fully recharge and relax and were dreaming of ways to stay for longer. Only travelled from just over an hour away but It was far enough from the loud city that it was remarkable how quiet ones surroundings become. Amazing amount of amenities offered and special touches all over the house. The host thought of everything! Highly recommend and would 100% return. ...

'Our Multigenerational Family visit was amazing. Cottage was everything we expected and more. Property owner had everything available that we needed. Lake was great for swimming and kayaking. Deck was a wonderful spot to relax. Grounds were well kept. It is a property we would love to return to in the future. '

'We had a wonderful time at Dorado Cottage. The place is spotless, very well appointed, and had excellent air conditioning. The pictures of the place DO NOT deceive. It was very hot and we loved being able to come into the air conditioned cottage when we couldn't bear the heat. There were four of us senior women, and we appreciated the owners quick response to any concerns. Note to other seniors, there are stairs but they are manageable. The 2 ladies who had knee problems stayed in the upstairs...

'We ended up spending more at The Little Red Cottage than expected simply because it was such a lovely spot. The large front porch and back deck were perfect for lounging and conversation. The inside was immaculate and well stocked. I loved that the kitchen knifes were actually sharp, there was extra toilet paper provided, there were lots of towels (beach towels and bath towels) and the mattresses were new and comfortable - no big valley in the middle! I highly, highly recommend this spot. And...

'Absolutely loved our stay at the Boathouse. The host (Sarah) and staff (Lauchie) were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The view from the main living space was incredible - having dinner on the balcony, overlooking Cameron Lake while the sun was setting was absolute perfection. The water was a bit choppy the first couple of days, but it didn’t take away from the fun of getting in for a swim or kayak. I’ve never seen such an incredible sandbar! You can walk out so far from the shore and...

'The cottage has a great layout for a smallish family gathering and has a great outdoor space. The waterfront is at a quiet and beautiful part of the lake with lots of wildlife and was really nice at sunset and sunrise. '
