« The checking in process was seamless with kind front desk clerks, the room we got was perfectly clean with a comfy bed and a good cold AC, the outdoor pool was SO nice and well maintained and the breakfast was great. My only complaint is the TV was kind of wonky; when scrolling channels there were a lot we didn't have access to and there was a clump of dead pixels in the middle of the TV itself. We made do, no big deal, but it's something that maybe should be addressed. »

« Staff was great and the lobby was clean. However our room was musty, the ac wouldn’t cool the room. It was set to 67, would run for 5 mins and shut off and just run the fan. The sheets were clean and bed was descent. The TV is in need of being replaced. Pretty sure the pixels are going bad bc there were blotches on the screen. The bathroom was rather gross. There was mold on the top of the shower walls. It didn’t have any air flow/ventilation so it remained hot and damp. Which explains the mold....

« room was not clean. Dirty towel hanging behind bathroom door. Surfaces were dusty. Sheets were clean but bedcover had burn holes. Door not sealed and allowed bug entry. I don't think I will stay again. I had a 2 night stay but only stayed one night and would have stayed elsewhere but it was too late to arrange a different place. »

« Great room very clean and cozy most definitely will stay there again and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. »

« I thought I was going to drown in the shower before I finished. Drain was basically nonexistent. Room had an odd odor. »
