• PARKING: Limited to 2 vehicles. Street parking is never permitted.



• DISCLOSURES: Home does not have a washer or dryer.

Unit is the entire upper level of a triplex. Garage is not available.

The primary bedroom features a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, and the hallway bathroom offers a shower only for added convenience. A rollaway twin bed provides extra sleeping space.

Entertainment is easy with a ROKU TV and a variety of games for cozy nights in.
