Great stay!

It was prefect for a quick stop in Kingman. Its a very quiet neighboorhood. It was great for our large group.

I booked this stay over a year in advance. I tried messaging the host multiple times and had no response. I received the "keys" from VRBO a couple days before the stay but no info on how to get in. I tried messaging again and no response. I called VRBO and they advised that the house was not able to be rented and so I found this out the day before we were to be in the rental. We had to scramble and find a place for 6 for the next night. I was not happy at all, he knew that it could not be rented way before this and didn't tell us.

Worst Communication

It stayed with us arriving but having no information to get into the house. I called and messaged for over an hour as my family and I drove around waiting. I finally had to call customer support and they got through. One we got there

Unable to Stay

We were stranded outside of Jeff's property without a code for getting in and had to contact VRBO for a change of reservation. VRBO did a great job helping us in a timely way, but after driving for 10 hours with our dog, figuring all this out was miserable. Also, having to navigate the hoops to get our pet deposit refunded (from the new reservation) was a big hassle too. I would not recommend Jeff as a host. I hope this incident helps him up his game in the future.
