'Great customer service. Room was clean, and good size for 2 people. There was one day when I didn’t get housekeeping and I didn’t receive a receipt upon check out. The woman who checked the mini bar, did make sure I got housekeeping shortly after. It was a good location next to the Mercedes Benz stadium but the train cause so much noise. I was also charged for the mini bar. Didn’t think I’d be charged for using the disposable cups but I guess it cost me $16 for using it, even though I did not...

'One of my best stays at any hotel. Everyone was very friendly and generous to lend a helping hand. From the gentleman who helped us unload our car, to the staff at the check in desk, to housekeeping, to the quick delivery of towels and servicing our ice and fresh water daily. 'The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, the valet staff were great. They were working hard and still managed a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the bartenders in "By George" treated us very well while we enjoyed a cocktail and a meal.'

'We had a wonderful time at this property at Georgia Tech our first time in downtown Atlanta. It was modern inviting and very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the food that we had while we were there both at the breakfast buffet and in the evening at the bar was amazing. The price is right. 'The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, the front desk, cleaning staff and and valets. The hotel restaurant had good food. I didn't like having to switch elevator on the 2nd floor to get to the 3rd floor.'

'Mooi hotel dichtbij de Mercedes Arena voor NFL games van de Falcons(2 minuten lopen) en bijv Coca Cola museum of Georgia Aquarium Wij hadden helaas een kamer naast de liften welke je extreem hoorde dus dat is geen aanrader voor het geld wat je voor de kamers betaald. Verder is de parkeermogelijkheid prima alleen wel aan de prijs voor meerdere dagen. Als je liefhebber bent van NFL neem zeker dit hotel, service is perfect en zeer schone en mooie kamers met goed uitzicht.'
