'Great customer service. Room was clean, and good size for 2 people. There was one day when I didn’t get housekeeping and I didn’t receive a receipt upon check out. The woman who checked the mini bar, did make sure I got housekeeping shortly after. It was a good location next to the Mercedes Benz stadium but the train cause so much noise. 'One of my best stays at any hotel. Everyone was very friendly and generous to lend a helping hand. From the gentleman who helped us unload our car, to the staff at the check in desk, to housekeeping, to the quick delivery of towels and servicing our ice and fresh water daily. 'The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, the valet staff were great. They were working hard and still managed a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the bartenders in "By George" treated us very well while we enjoyed a cocktail and a meal.'

'Mooi hotel dichtbij de Mercedes Arena voor NFL games van de Falcons(2 minuten lopen) en bijv Coca Cola museum of Georgia Aquarium Wij hadden helaas een kamer naast de liften welke je extreem hoorde dus dat is geen aanrader voor het geld wat je voor de kamers betaald. Verder is de parkeermogelijkheid prima alleen wel aan de prijs voor meerdere dagen. Als je liefhebber bent van NFL neem zeker dit hotel, service is perfect en zeer schone en mooie kamers met goed uitzicht.'

'This is the most affordable place to stay in the area for sure. We came into town just to get passports and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel and parking. Parking is free here. 'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '
