'The staff of the hotel (including the restaurant) is very friendly, highly professional and does the utmost to help the client. My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. '

'Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.'

ITUNDA NICE RESIDENCE KIGALIKimihurura
8.8 van 10, Voortreffelijk, (3 beoordelingen)
'For the price, perhaps a cold shower, no toilet paper and power sockets hanging off the wall is to be expected.
The place was clean and in a reasonable location. Promise, the manager, was friendly during checking in, but sadly absent when required later on.
This was important as another guest had an argument over the phone... shouting from around 9pm until 2.30am and resuming again at 7am. Asking repeatedly to cease had no effect and the hotel staff failed to intervene.
It's a shame really as...
