River Run Condo w/ Mountain Views, Overlooks Shared Pool & Hot Tub!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views and overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a stone gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful views of the main ski run. It also overlooks the pool and hot tubs making it easy to see if other guests are using them.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four and two additional chairs can be added. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Excellent Condo Location

Nice condo in River Run with plenty of kitchen items provided for our stay. We appreciated the mountain view overlooking the pool. Nice living room area. Bedroom carpets need upgraded, but not an issue for us. Guest bed could use a better mattress topper. Appreciated the nice linens and towels. Would definitely consider this condo again!

Do not book with Summit County Mountain Retreats!! They allowed us to checkin to a unit without an operable shower! The shower had the guts pulled out and dirty towels stuffed in the holes. When I reached out to management they said “we are aware of the situation and unfortunately do not anticipate this being fixed during your stay” they offered me compensation upon checkout. The compensation that they feel was appropriate is $137! We paid over $1900 for the unit and had to go without the shower the entire time (on a ski trip at that!) and they think $137 will make up for that inconvenience!! Oh and I did look upon arrival and they had multiple other units available that week they could have moved us to but choose to offer us $137 instead! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book wit Summit County Mountain retreats!

Quick getaway for fall foliage!🍂

Property was very clean and cozy. There is a heated pool and hot tub that unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy. The parking garage is great since it has an elevator that goes straight up into the units. This unit has a view of the pool and the mountains. There are also carts to bring your things into the unit. Would definitely stay again.

So close to everything

Over looked the pool and hot tub. Great view. Checkin process was a bit much, going to a different location for the key. Also got about 10 communications to read/review the check in process. Otherwise it was pretty easy to do. I would have been happy with the initial email and 1 more 24 hrs before my visit versus the numerous ones I got plus the texts. Place was nice, seemed like it had decent amenities.

Wonderful place!

From the check-in to check-out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location of the condo was great, and allowed us to hike around. It was the perfect location for a weekend getaway. I look forward to returning someday!

Broken Elevator

Hello-Our son is special needs, we arrived to a sign on the elevator as out of service, we are on 4th floor. Had to carry all bags and our son has trouble w stairs. Called, they said elevator was out for last 2 weeks, we were never notified prior to arrival..seems like an ADA issue, or at least ethically questionable to not notify. Asked Michael on 7/6 at 4:30pm when we called if we could move buildings, he said we're not a hotel. Claimed he would send a 10% refund, never did. Really that was just insulting, unreal the elevator was broke for 2 weeks and no requirement to let us know? VRBO should really consider who they let be a property manager on your site. Elevator was broke the whole time.

Everything Good Except...

Internet and elevator were down the entire stay. Because we were on the top floor this was rather inconvenient hauling our things up and down 5 flights of stairs from the garage every day. Other than this, a nice place, great hot tubs and pool.

Kitchen table a little to big for the space but other then that - condo was perfect! Clean, generous towel supply, cosy sitting by fireplace after long day skiing, comfy beds, easy walk to gondola. Did not use the hot tubs - too many people in them, sauna was closed for repair.

Family Summer Vacation

Overall we would stay there again. This condo is perfectly located to all the summer activities, restaurants, and shopping we wanted. The condo was as described. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 and had everything you needed for cooking and feelinglike at home for a week. There were lots of pillows to choose from and portable fans, as there is no air conditioning. The windows do open and with the fans at night it cooled down. We did have a few dislikes, however. The guest queen bed, was very uncomfortable and hard. It needs to be replaced or a gel topper provided. The carpet in the rooms seemed dingy and had bumps in a few places were it's been stretched out. We requested clean towels as allowed per policy and NEVER got them or got a response, which was a bit disappointing. Finally, it appeared as there were a few drops of old dried blood on the master room shower curtain, which was gross. But, overall, we enjoyed the facility and would recommend to others.

We had a great time staying at the Dakota Lodge at Keystone. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants at River Run. The pool was great with two hot tubs. Keystone was far enough away to relax but close enough to Dillon, Silverthorne, and Breckinridge to explore.

Beautiful view

This place was perfect for us. It had a beautiful view facing the mountains and over looking the pool. We were able to see moose in the morning. Walking distance to the village. Also a great central location to other places in Colorado such as Breckenridge.
