Great Mountain Views & Ideal Location Near River Run Village & Mountain House

This studio condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features granite countertops, modern decor and open, airy feel. Located nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. Walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Gateway Mountain Lodge features shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The entryway has a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious main living area features mountain views and a unique paneled ceiling. As you enter, there is a beautiful king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and mounted bedside lamps. Off to the side is a modern two-person dining table. Near the windows are two wingback chairs where you can enjoy the treed and mountain view. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa across from a mounted flat screen TV and electric fireplace. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet.

The kitchenette has granite countertops and is stocked with all the essentials including a small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, cutting boards and a hot plate. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Quite Comfortable and Solid

Location, highly comfortable bedding, access to underground parking, consistent, and immediate contact with owners, all of these were important highlights of our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone. A little upgrading, including another mirror or two and brighter lighting in the bathroom would be a5-star rating.

Nice studio for 2, close to Keystone

Property is exactly as listed. Location is great! Nice to have a parking garage. The condo felt clean. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Only downsides during our stay were the elevator not working from the parking garage, which wasn’t so bad being on the 1st floor, and some issues with the heater in the room. Luckily there was an electric heater available too.

If your serious about skiing

If you want to ski all day/ evening and don’t need a bougie place to lay your head this is the place for you. This is an easy & close location to Keystone for 2-4 people. It is a studio with basics ammenities. Clean, decorated nicely, a comfortable bed to lay your head on after long day on the slopes.Check in/ out seamless, convenient store, coffee and breakfast places in building. Would definitely stay again!

Nice location and reasonable price

Our second time staying in this building but different unit. Very convenient to Keystone skiing and great having underground parking. This unit is ground floor so it has tile flooring and is quite cold at all times. A rug or floor mats in the entry, bath and kitchenette area would be a nice addition. Also, something for shoes to prevent melted snow on the tile would be beneficial. The TV was a complete mystery to use. No instructions available in the unit or online to understand how to operate it. Usually required 15-20 minutes of trying different button combinations on the satellite box because the remote would not communicate with the tv.

Loved this place! Had everything we needed for a staycation weelend for us to see a show on sunday night and sownd the weeking tooling around breck, dillon and frisco, HIGHLY reccomend!

Wonderful property highly recommend!!!!

My sons moved to CO to work at Keystone for the winter. I couldn’t have them not have Christmas, so I booked this stay to ensure they had a tree and gifts come Christmas. I don’t ski or board, but my kids do. They love Keystone best. They enjoyed a week at the mountain and time spent with their brothers. I felt blessed to have us all together the week before Christmas. The property and location were amazing! Close enough to walk over to Keystone, which we all love! Will definitely return!!!

Great location!

I chose this location because it was relatively close to Mt Elbert but also because Mt Sniktau and Grizzly/Cupid were nearby. The unit was very comfortable and well furnished. I was very happy!

Convenient location and great price

Location was good for our needs. The enclosed garage was a plus. Linens on the bed were comfy. Mattress was a firm memory foam. Had issues with the hot water. It took at least 10 minutes for the water to warm up in the afternoon/evening. It also ran out quickly. No issues in the morning time, however. Very thankful for the crock pot. It came in handy when we wanted to make some chili. Overall, a good stay and would recommend to others. Pro tip: We really liked the Steep coffee/brewery place that was located in the same building. The pizza was awesome and the locals were great company.

Extremely Disappointing

Very disappointing, poorly maintained, misleading photos... Food was on the floor when we arrived, inadequate lighting, broken closet doors, bathroom sink drainage issues, inconvenient bathroom (lack of space on counter top), HVAC safety issues, filthy furniture. Disgusting!

Great weekend with the kids

Everything was as expected. Checkin was easy and directions to the place were great. The only issue we came across is our code didn’t work to the main front door of the building. So we had to walk around back to the parking garage. It was warm so we kept the widows open at night and It does get a little noisy with everyone parking there big trucks right under the window. You wouldn’t notice it unless you had the windows open.
