'Its exactly what we needed traveling for work. She has everything there to accommodate her guests. She's has spices, coffee pot, keurig, plenty of pots and pans grill and a smoker. She thought of it all. Beds are also very comfortable. 5 stars all around'

'This suited our needs perfectly. Clean, pet friendly, reasonable rates and minutes from Shands hospital. Cheaper than a hotel and has washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. David, the host, replied immediately to my question at check in. No complaints here. Thank you for the hospitality.'

'Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

'The property was in a great location. The house was very dated, the kitchen overhead light just flashed like a disco. The shower head was so low it showered my chest. Over all it was a decent value, but it does need updating.'
