Ascenseur...

« - Loud squeaky floors - Decent beds, good for families - Room was hot, had a small fan but still had to open the window. A/C controls locked. - Avoid restaurant completely. Took an hour for food to come out and quality was poor. We recieved a refund. »

« Nice place to recover during a business trip. Rooms are nice and confortable. Good choice of beer and food in the pub below. Very good breakfast! »

« The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. « Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room. »

Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been...
