Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great quiet location for Key West. Everything about the room was just as we had expected and the host was very easy to work with. Friends of ours had stayed in this unit before and we have stayed in other units on this property on 3 other occasions.

This cottage is in the perfect location. It was very clean and there were plenty of supplies. We were able to walk to everything. We went to the Hemingway house, Truman little White House, beach, light house, shops, restaurants, etc. The bed is very comfortable and the cottage is nicely decorated. The only tricky part is the parking. There is street parking right out front of the cottages; however, it is on a first come, first serve basis. We got lucky and got a spot, so we parked our car and left it there until we were ready to leave. There is a place to rent scooters & golf carts right on the corner for visitors that prefer that mode of transportation. There is also a trolley that does tours around Key West. Key West and this cottage were very dog friendly and we really had a great time. I highly recommend this cottage.

Key West Center of it All

We came to visit Dry Tortugas. The place conveniently located to everywhere that we wanted to go. We are literally a mile away from the docks, every major entertainment venue, and lots of great dining choices. The best thing about this place is location. It has everything you need to have a base camp out of.

Ok… not horrible but could be better

VERY tiny space. Room to sleep but that’s about it. A/C window unit is extremely loud and abrupt turning on and off and it doesn’t help that it’s less than 3 feet from the head of one side of the bed. Neighboring unit has a mini split A/C which are linkable… one outside unit can run a few inside units so not sure why owner hasn’t taken advantage of that.. if you want a reasonably quiet space to sleep and the ability to use the kitchen and have a place to eat besides the bed, I’d look elsewhere.

It’s convenient but lacks a couple essentials

This place is all about the LOCATION!! Walking distance to EVERYTHING. It’s very clean. Parking was awesome as it was right in front and FREE! However, there are some basic things lacking:There’s nothing to put your shower toiletries in while in shower Bed is very loud. VERY - this has been addressed in other reviews but not fixed AC needs updated as has been stated in other reviewsWiFi issues as stated in other reviews A place to put suitcases would be great as well.

Little but doable for two

Easy to find, middle of the week parking was great. If you are staying more than two nights bring your own coffee...they only supply two and it is a ground coffee pot not K-CUP. Asked for more but didn't get it so CVS is just down the street. Limited shampoo but we had plenty of towels. Was a short walk to Duval Street and plenty of places to see. Got on the Old Town Trolley. The stop is about three blocks away and they took us places to far for us to walk. Knowing what we know now about the accommodations we would be better prepared and would stay again.
