Excellent host who communicated wonderfully through the whole process and thought of everything. Her well equipped condo was perfect for our trip with our college daughter on her spring break. The condo had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to oars, life vests, sand toys, a cooler, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, comfy beds and more! The gated resort was perfect - quiet yet friendly with amazing sunsets!! There are kayaks and paddleboards, a dock for fishing, plenty of hammocks, ping pong, fooseball, corn hole and a lovely pool and hot tub. It is conveniently located to serve as a home base when exploring the Keys. There are wonderful restaurants nearby, but my crew wanted to get takeout and watch the sunset from the lanai or watch the sun kiss the water from the upstairs master bedroom because the sunset here at Moonbay Resort was better than at several local restaurants! We could walk to Amoray scuba diving and the dock where we met our off-shore fising guide. Publix is close. I would without reservation recommend Kristina and her condo! If we come back to the Keys, we will be back for sure!

Boat town

Loved the townhouse. The owner is very responsive to our questions. The property has kayaks, pickle ball paddles, tennis racquets to use at no extra charge. Key Largo is a boaters location, not much to do otherwise. Not much of a beach town. Just a 2.5 hour drive to Key West, worth a nights stay very walkable.As for the townhouse it was nice for the two of us. The pool is fantastic and just outside the back door. The bathroom could be updated but it was adequate. Overall we enjoyed the property, it was a relaxing vacation.

Nice spot from what to visit the keys

We stayed at this spot in Key Largo for a week with our kids ages 12 and 13. Nice clean unit and very organized host. Excellent supplies and clear instructions. Pool was steady but quiet in August when we were there. Very nice place and highly recommend!

Everything was Perfect!

This townhouse has so much to offer. It was clean and well equipped. Our family has a toddler and the unit had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The living room had nice furniture and was very inviting. The townhouse was close to the pool and that was where our family spent most of the time. The pool and common facilities were neely renovated and very nice. Kristina was wonderful to deal with. She was most helpful in making our arrangements and was readily available when we needed to contact her. I would highly recommend this townhouse and Kristina to anyone.

Mini Lobster Season in Key Largo

The unit we stayed in was perfect! We had access to kayaks & a boat slip for our vessel. We enjoyed dinners from the sea that my son provided for us a big Hog Snapper & a nice Red Grouper! Then onto opening Lobster season. Day 1 was wiped out by rain but day 2 was fantastic. We did eat at several restaurants which were all good. Our accommodations were surperb. Clean, beds comfortable, nice furnishings & a well equipped kitchen with new appliances! Overall, a good time was had by all!

Just Lovely!

The property was absolutely beautiful! The townhouse was equipped with everything we could have needed. We enjoyed the common areas as well and found them to be well maintained and very secure. The owners were quick to respond to texts and very hospitable! We will definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect!

The townhouse was perfect! Very, very, clean! The location is PERFECT! Close to everything! We were able to do all of the fun local water activities, then enjoy the pool and game room at night! We were close enough to visit Biscayne Bay, Marathon and Key West! The townhouse also has everything you can think of, and I mean EVERYTHING. The appliances are so up to date too! Best way to end the night was walking out on the pier and watching the sunsets!

Family Vacation

The house was very nice and clean. The views from the bedroom were beautiful. Kristina was easy to chat with and quick to respond. One of the nicest vacations we’ve had in a while. The pool was tidy and quiet and the dock area was such a nice space to go out and watch the sunset and look for fish. We didn’t spend much time in the clubhouse but it is beautiful and seems like a great space to hang out. We would love to come back again sometime in the future.

Perfect Summer Vacation

This was an amazing property, it literally had everything you would need on vacation! We had a minor issue and Kristina fixed it right away! She is very good with communicating. The condo was clean and had great views from the master bedroom. The property had so much to do for our teenage kids. The pool was clean, the community center was nice and clean and had a TV, ping pong table and showers to rinse off all the sand after kayaking! Beach is very small and not able to swim, but my kids snorkeled off the dock. Also very close to restaurants and scuba diving. We will definitely come back!
