The location was interesting and provided some different views! Across from a fishing boat area where the boats came and went with their catch each day. There is a lovely, delicious restaurant which is a 1-minute walk away. The outdoor eating area was wonderful and we saw sharks right in front of us.

Great house, very clean and exactly as the photos present! The only thing negative is there is no bathroom downstairs with the second king bedroom. Anyone sleeping in the pool bedroom has to leave the room, walk outside and up the stairs to the main house to use the bathroom.

The property was better than expected. Everything was properly maintained. I had a time delay with my leaving and the property manager was able to accommodate my minor request even though it caused them extra work. That is to me the sign of someone who cares about there guests

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this location. It was close to restaurants & the bikes provided were great for the family. We loved the pool and spent most of our days therel. The host was perfect as well and provided us with anything we needed.

I will first start out with the good stuff. The house is clean. It has a nice pool. The place looked okay. I myself had a very bad experience with this host. He accused me of things I didn't do. He listed a dishwasher and a wash machine on the listing.The washmachine was broke, also the dishwasher I discussed this with the host. He wouldn't fix the dishwasher nor the wash machine. Usually when I look to rent a place with my family I make sure the place has a dishwasher, washing . in March of 2024 another renters.discussed that it was broke on the comments. I myself wont be renting from vbro every again. There should not be so much stress on vacation. If something is broke it should be listed as broke.

Crazy weather

We rented the house for us to stay at for a wedding. Only to get stuck on our trip because of weather and sent home. The rest of our group coming from different areas were able to get there. We kept in contact with Matvei on what was going on every thing went smooth. Thanks foe the understanding.

Beautiful home in Key Largo

The house is amazing! Just as pictures in the photos. We travel a lot and this is one of the most comfortable homes we have stayed in. The downstairs entertainment area was wonderful. We played pool, darts, and went swimming in the pool. We definitely would stay here again if we travel back to Key Largo. The host was always available when we reached out with any questions.

A Dream Vacation Spot

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition of the house and the thoughtful amenities provided. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and we had a blast with the various entertainment options available. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible convenience of the location. Just a 5-minute drive away, we found ourselves surrounded by restaurants, state parks, and even a grocery store, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. Communication with Matvei, the host, was outstanding. He was attentive to our needs throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Checking out was a breeze, adding to the overall seamless experience. The cherry on top was the stunning views of the marina. Being situated just across the street from Harbor House Restaurant meant we had access to delicious cocktails and top-notch service. We also enjoyed being close to the American Legion for affordable drinks and Backyard Fisheries for mouthwatering meals. And let's not forget about the mesmerizing sight of nurse sharks right at the docks – truly unforgettable! Our stay at this property was nothing short of perfect. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dream vacation spot. We can't wait to return!

Could go on and on but VRBO limits what You Can Say

(I sent this review to Mr. Miranda before I posted it here) Upon arrival, we were beyond impressed with the beautiful house and amenities in the pool area. Lots of relaxation spots, and we loved the ping pong table. It was nice to have a dart board, and the grandsons loved playing pool. The TV near the pool was fantastic for nighttime viewing. A refrigerator with a working ice machine by the pool was a huge plus. The closets had plenty of hangers—and good ones. The kitchen was massive and a pleasure to cook in. It even had a wine cooler. We were having a great time on Sunday and Monday. But on Monday night after cooking a lasagna dinner, the dishwasher stopped working in mid- cycle. We noticed the seal had popped out and it was leaking significantly, and a few minutes later, the machine just stopped, flashing an LC code. We contacted our host, explained the situation, that we were a big family and I planned to cook my grandsons’ favorite meals most nights. Here is his response: “I don’t have any appliance repair service, on Keys very hard to find a good repair people, usually with plenty of time and without guest, I always try to fix any problem on the house, unless it’s something heavy like a/c or something dangerous.” We responded that it was essential that we had a working dishwasher and that we would be out of the house all day on Tuesday, so to please send someone to repair it. Mr. Miranda never responded to that message.

Beautiful house in Key Largo, very well appointed 4 bedrooms. Modern finishes and the outdoor space with the pool was great. We charted 2 boats at the marina Nextdoor for fishing and the food in the area is great too. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We also recommended the house to our friends. Was a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful & convenient location. Quiet neighborhood, great for families!

Our 3-generation family stayed between Christmas & New Years. We arrived to a sparkly clean home & were provided with toiletries/kitchen supplies. The grandparents spent their morning relaxing on the upstairs patio, the children swam in the pool, played ping pong, and ate snacks in front of the large TV. The parents had fun too! We made almost every single one of our meals in the kitchen which was nicely stocked with utensils + cooking supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our week & due to the on-site laundry we’re able to come home with clean clothes for our kids. Thank you for having us! We’d love to come again!

Gorgeous and welcoming home in an island paradise

There is just too much to say about Matvei's property. It's absolutely gorgeous and so warm! We loved everything about his home. The downstairs patio/pool area is the perfect hang out spot for friends and family. The fenced in yard was such a need for our fur babies and it made us feel very safe. We were all SO sad to leave Key Largo and I will definitely be renting this place again. I highly recommend Matvei for his transparency, kindness, and attentiveness to mine and my families needs. Thank you again, Matvei! You rock!

Another great stay from VRBO

Property was clean and ready for us to arrive. Everything worked and everything mentioned in the listing was there including air fryer and blender. Kitchen had just enough to provide nice meals for our group previous guest had left some beer and wine so actually could have a beer before going to the store. A restroom downstairs would have been nice but not enough of a problem to take away a star. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Fished with Charisma in the adjoining bay and they were excellent too. Didn't eat at Pilot House next door so can't help youu with that neighbor.
