Lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Half-Duplex Home in Key Colony Beach, FL with Cabana Club access! "Somewhere in the sun" is right on the water with a large, private canal-front deck ideal for fishing, sunbathing or simply just soaking up the Keys vibes! Boating enthusiasts will appreciate 30' of private dockage for small boats—please note the boat lift is lowered to the canal floor, so you would dock above it. (Guests will not have access to use the lift)

This updated home is open & spacious- perfect for families. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar for entertaining your guests while preparing delicious meals. There is plenty of space for dining, lounging and watching TV in the comfortable living area with beautiful tropical views.



Guests will also have access to the Cabana Club for enjoying its large swimming pool, whirlpool, private beach and Tiki Bar/Snack Shack.

Key Colony Beach is centrally located right in the heart of the Florida Keys. It's the ideal destination for boating, fishing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, relaxing on the beach, and more. Key West is a scenic 53-mile drive south, or explore nearby Marathon's shops restaurants, and attractions. Guests will be less than 10 minutes from the open ocean and gulf. Plenty of walking and biking paths to the city where you'll find the marina, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, playgrounds, and more! The Key Colony Beach Golf is just moments away from your rental. The Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters is two miles northwest and it offers incredible tours the family can enjoy while learning about the aquatic life of the Florida Keys. The Dolphin Research Center is also close by as well as the Turtle Hospital. Marathon has much to offer both on the water and land... see you "Somewhere in the Sun".



Other Things to Note:

30 feet of private dockage, the owner asks for small boats only. The boat lift is non-functional for guests. The lift is dropped to the bottom of the canal, you would dock above it. We have had no issues with docking boats this way.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.

This home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option & pay pet fee upon booking. 2 pets max.
