Chalets in Keweenaw Bay

'We asked to cancel due to health issues. The staff said contact Expedia. We did. They stated they tried to contact the hotel on several occasions but the refused to answer so we were charged for the stay even though the hotel told us Expedia could wave it. Since the hotel refused to contact Expedia we were charged. Not a good way to run a business.'

'Checked me in under the wrong name, room was not what I had reserved, and when I questioned it, said that was all that’s was available. Took Over half hour with me standing over her - for the receptionist to figure out she gave me the wrong persons room. The only similarity was our last names started with the same two (2!) letters!!'

'The property was well kept and close to the canal. Pool, Spa and Sauna were great and they are equipped for handicapped access as well. The staff was helpful and professional. I will definitely be staying again.'
