« This house was lovely! It looks small when you first come in but there is a large addition on the back that has a huge great room and well appointed kitchen. The rooms are very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Larissa, the owner, is lovely and even though she was traveling overseas, she got back to me with any questions or concerns, very quickly. She was so warm and hospitable. « The Zen room was that I was hoping for. It was clean, comfortable bed and a great view!y dogs loved it too. They met goats, pigs and chickens. The host explain how to check in and out. I would recommend . »

« The drive up to the lodge was beautiful. We passed the chickens and goats on the way. The grounds are vast, creating a quiet, enchanting atmosphere. We were reserved for a 2nd floor room but requested a change to 1st floor after we arrived. The office was closed but there was an after hours number we could call. They switched our room without any problem and the staff (Tina, I think?) was so pleasant and accommodating. Our room was SPOTLESS and so well decorated, we felt like we hit the jackpot....

« First time here, staying in the lodge in a themed room with a fantastic view and wonderful sunrise. Food was excellent in the restaurant. The surprise came when we found out that a large fireworks display was being held at the lodge! We did not have to go anywhere for anything! One little complaint: we heard the people above us. Other than that, great experience! »
