You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage. Should you wish to use the garage during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The property is part of a shared estate with three other residences, each thoughtfully separated by a spacious courtyard to ensure complete privacy.



Guests are warmly invited to stroll through the vineyard, while kindly respecting the presence of vineyard staff and any equipment that may be in operation during your visit.



For your safety and to protect the delicate vines, the entire vineyard is securely fenced and gated, also serving to deter deer from entering the property.

Located just 2 km from the charming town of Keremeos, this peaceful vineyard escape places you in the center of the Similkameen Valley’s best offerings. Surrounded by local fruit stands, artisan eateries, cozy pubs, award-winning wineries, cideries, and even a craft distillery, there’s something for every taste just minutes away.



The serene Similkameen River is close by—perfect for fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. For golf lovers, a scenic course is just a 15-minute drive away.



Keremeos provides all the essentials, including a grocery store, pharmacies, a liquor store, and gas stations—convenience without the crowds.
