« The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. »

« The location was very close to downtown Annapolis and many of the wonderful restaurants on West Street, including the Ram‘s Head Tavern. The mattress was very comfortable. The home was small but had everything anyone could possibly need. The communication with the property management company was excellent.We especially enjoyed the 2025 Army Navy game add M&T Stadium in Baltimore. It was a short trip to the light rail. »

« This property is delightful. It's very "beachy" and relaxing. There are lots of thoughtful amenities which made our stay smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the property is reached by a set of six stair steps, even though strictly speaking it is on the first floor of the house. That wasn't a problem for us. Other than that, we can highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (My husband wants me to mention that he loved the bed and slept very well.) »

« The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. Communication with the hosts was easy, informative, and timely. The neighborhood is wonderful, the trail was a bonus as a way to walk to town and invites you to enjoy...
