« We had an excellent stay at the Farmhouse in New Market despite being in town for our grandfathers funeral. This was a perfect spot for us to stay as a sibling group with kids of our own. It was nice being able to have a dining table to sit at to eat as a family, and everyone appreciated TVs in the rooms and being able to use the laundry room. « We had a great overnight stay in this clean and chic guesthouse. It was situated on a spacious wooded lot with a blacktop driveway shared with the owner's beautiful home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom and the electric fireplace in the bedroom. With a few added amenities like a spot to set luggage in the bedroom and a couple comfy chairs on the main level this stay would have been perfect. »

« We had a great vacation!! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for two families. The dock was perfect for lounging by the lake while the covered portion was perfect for the smaller kids to be out of the sun. The only thing I will say is that the steps are something else. We have stayed at several houses on Tim's Ford with steep steps, but these are straight up with no plateaus and no hand rails. It was a little scary for the smaller kids, so just prepare for that. "Hôtel désuet. Climatisation d une autre époque. Ménage à revoir... À 120€ la nuit... Chambre qui ne sent pas bon (urine de chat? Humidité?) Je me suis faite avoir par les commentaires élogieux et la note de 4.2 sur maps. Nous cherchions à dormir à côté de la distillerie JACK DANIELS mais finalement la viste ne durant qu 1h30 et avec 6 petites dégustations, nous aurions dû chercher un hôtel dans une ville voisine. Lynchburg est un tres petit village sympathique mais à 18h les 2 ou 3 restos sont fermés et uniquement la superette DOLLAR est ouverte pour dépannage."
