Historic Lakefront Homestead on Kelleys Island

A spacious four bedroom, two bath historic homestead on Kelleys Island. This limestone home was once the first wine cellar north of Cincinnati and now offers a private rock beach, a huge multi‑level deck, and wide open views of Lake Erie. Inside, you’ll find a stocked kitchen, a large dining room, and a gathering room with a restored thirteen foot Lyman boat that has been turned into a bar. Rockhaven is private, peaceful, and perfect for simple R and R.

Bier’s Rockhaven is a three story limestone home with plenty of room for families and groups. The house opens to a large front yard that faces Lake Erie and leads to a private rock beach. Water shoes are recommended.

The two thousand square foot deck wraps around the home and includes multiple levels for lounging, dining, and taking in the lake views. Inside, the kitchen is stocked with essentials and the dining room seats a crowd. The gathering room is one of the highlights with the refurbished Lyman boat bar and space to relax after a day on the island.

Guests have full access to the entire home, the deck, the yard, and the private beach. No spaces are shared.

No pets please.
The beach is natural limestone and rock, so water shoes are helpful.
We give guests complete privacy but are close by if needed, either on Kelleys Island or in Sandusky.
