'The room was small and there was too much in the room to move around. I kept hitting my ankles on the sides of the bed.'

'Location is excellent. Rooms where a nice size and clean. Two issues: was unaware of the deposit when I checked in, the clerk stated that the deposit would be a HOLD, however my card was charged and I'll receive the HOLD within 3-5 business days and the other issue I had was the cable/tv... Could not receive local or ANY channels during my stay there. The light bulbs were out in 2 of the lamps .. Other than that, the stay was good, the property clean and the front desk was professional.'

'The room was clean, the bathroom shower had a very slow drain. The room smelled humid! There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast buffet was okay, they had different food choices which that was good. I hate that they haven’t fix the back elevator so you have to walk to the very front of the hotel and then walk all the way back again to where your room is at. Been to the same hotel 2 times in one month and the elevator is still out of order.'

'My biggest concerns were the room did not have a sofa in it, which should be a necessity, especially at the price it cost. Also, the mini fridge was a pain opening and closing it.'

'The hotel was very sketchy on the outside. During the night there were lots of strange folk on the outside of the building. The room itself had dirty floors and smelled of weed. Everything inside worked, but the state of the hotel room was certainly subpar. I did not feel safe staying there.'

'Even though i had a confirmation from expedia for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, the hotel only had me as 2 adults. The front desk lady was very nice and change my room so we could all fit. The breakfast was very minimal, only yogurt, cereal, bread, butter, waffle and orange. Lots of weed smell, the only elevator was always smelling like someone smoke weed in there. For only one night it will do but is very old smelling and looking hotel'

'I booked a reservation at Crowne Plaza Atlanta NE - Norcross by IHG through Expedia and intentionally selected the breakfast-included option because the price difference compared to the non-breakfast rate was minimal. However, Expedia does not clearly indicate in the reservation confirmation whether breakfast is included. When I checked in at the hotel, I was surprised to learn that breakfast was not recognized as part of my reservation. The hotel staff denied that breakfast was included, and...

'Check-in was very slow. Bed was good, but airco and outside noise where very load.'
