'Location was perfect to avoid Hilo traffic it you frequent to Volcano National Park or Mauna Kea or Kona. Kelly is an amazing host and her breakfast was amazing that personalized vegan/ vegetarian preferences as well. Kitchen was well stocked that guests can use for preparing their own meals. Hot tub is well kept and open till 10 pm. '

'We found the place to be excellent, cozy, small and private, and a thrill during heavy rainstorms. I would do it again in a heart beat. '

'Clean, cute. Exactly what we needed. My only suggestion os to turn the AC on sooner prior to check-in time. '

'Pros: I liked the location. There was easy access to Puna, Volcano NP, and Hilo. The owner gave me a 5 minute spiel on the property. Everything was in working order. Cons: I stayed at 4 different VRBO properties during my stay on the Big Island. All property owners except this one provided directions, check in instructions and check out instructions. You won't get that. And the directions are not intuitive at all. So I will do the property owner's job for him and hopefully save you frustration...

'This is a gem of an Inn with the beach minutes away, so close that you can hear the waves! The property was clean and we had a balcony to sip our coffees in the morning. The location is excellent with the Hilo airport only about 30 minutes away and volcanos national park about 45 minutes. Andy was a great communicative host who gave us awesome recommendations of local places to see.'
