'Just like camping. Carpet had not been vacuumed. There was one light and one outlet that could only be used for charging devices. No hair dryer or curling iron use. Two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Bathroom sink was only plumbed for cold water. Shower liner was peeling and there was no bathroom light. Common area was not clean. '

'A wonderful host with a really cute and recently-updated studio in a great central location. Walking distance to Big Island Candies and some shops/restaurants, and within minutes to downtown Hilo. We will definitely stay here again in the future.'

However, we were initially given the wrong gate code, which caused a bit of confusion.
