Up steps. To enter the bldg. there is no place for a taxi or uber to park closer to the entrance…. 'Alles war sehr gut. Nur ein gewaltiger Minuspunkt, der diese Wohnung degradiert. Es ist eine Wohnung im 13. Stock zur Ostseite. Bereits um 5 Uhr in der Früh scheint die Sonne sehr, sehr stark gegen das Fenster. Die Vorhänge sing beige und lassen viel Licht durch. Hier sollte man Jalousien montieren.'
