The Space:

Welcome to Villa Zaza, a serene retreat in the Istrian countryside. The villa features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with a queen and a single bed, and one and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals to enjoy in the elegant dining room. Outside, you will find a private oasis with a swimming pool, a balcony, and a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue grill, perfect for dining while enjoying the beautiful garden and sea views.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have private access to the entire Villa Zaza. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms. Your private outdoor space includes a swimming pool, balcony, and a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue grill. Two private parking spaces are also provided for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Zaza in the village of Roskici is the perfect base to experience the authentic Istrian countryside. While offering a peaceful escape, you are close to the stunning Adriatic coastline with its pristine beaches. The area features scenic cycling paths, horseback riding, and rock climbing. Local shops and traditional restaurants serving Istrian cuisine, wines, and truffles are just a short drive away. This location offers the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure, whether you want to explore historic museums or visit nearby water parks.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving by car, as public transport in rural Roskici is limited. A vehicle allows you to explore the Istrian countryside and coast at your own pace. Pula Airport is the nearest hub, about a forty five minute drive away. We provide two free private parking spaces on the premises for your convenience.

Important information for your stay.

Please note that our swimming pool is open seasonally from late April to the end of October.

We provide air conditioning, internet access, towels, bed linen, and free parking on the premises.

For your convenience, we offer optional services including a baby high chair and a cot or crib upon request.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10 Euros per night, though please note that dangerous dog breeds are not permitted.

To comply with public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online check-in process, which may require a photo of your identity card or a selfie. Check-in is available daily from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.

Please be aware that we do not accept groups of young people, and we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
