An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. 3 bathrooms each with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Valentići. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.
