Beautiful property nicely located by the sea! Staff very kind and rooms exceptionally clean! Lots of tasty restaurants nearby. The only caveat I would give is that it's right next to a church whose bells ring, on the hour, from 0600 to midnight.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times, especially when using SPU. Charming property, very friendly staff, nice dining options nearby. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night before our flight the next morning. Great location right on the water within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Room was very clean also

Cute, old-school hotel with some recent updating, it appears. TBH, only booked for an overnighter for an early morning flight out of Split (8 mins), but wish I'd arrived earlier for the sunset restaurant and pub scene at the waterfront. Elevator was nice after lugging bags up and down stairs everywhere else. FYI, free parking is street parking or in the lot across the little plaza. Both were available in early October with no problem. Caution: Google Maps isn't the best on these byzantine little streets, so come in from the north side if you're driving. Overall, Nice!

Our first Croatian Stop
Fabulous stay at Hotel Benjamin. Lovely clean and spacious room. The bell tower was next to our room and we loved hearing the bell chime. Continental breakfast included. Perfect hotel since we landed late in the evening.

There was no one at the desk. Slight panic on my part. A young man helped me navigate the foreign phone number. Namely how to dial a plus, and the desk clerk came right down. Breakfast is good. Nice quiet area.

Overnight stay before a flight, loved this quaint little hotel, Not much to do in this area of Split but bus access to the old town was convenient. Great staff, pretty good breakfast, Park, restaurants and marina within 2 minutes, terrific for a short stay!

Hotel modern und sauber. Restaurant ist erst ab Juli geöffnet, dies sollte bei der Buchung kommuniziert werden. Das Frühstück ist mit einer Sorte Brot, einer Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Salami und etwas Gemüse für 14€ pro Tag viel zu teuer.

Clean and Convenient - but light sleepers beware
Really nice property, the room was super clean as well as the common areas. I arrived a bit late and there was no one there to check me in, but a call to the hotel got someone down there in a few minutes. The hotel is a bit hard to navigate to with GPS, you'll want to look for a very small street next to the park. My driver had to ask several locals for help. The hotel is really nice, but VERY loud with the airport so close. If you are a light sleeper, you will definitely need earplugs, but it was nice to have such a short drive to the airport for an early morning flight. Overall very nice, clean and good location and value.

This is a perfect location for exploring Kastel and serves as a good base to get to and from the Split airport. The rooms are perfectly clean and have all modern amenities. This hotel offers many services and is in a great location but it lacks easy parking options.

A very nice location. Close to a lot of walkable taverns/restaurants. Safe neighborhood to walk around. There are grocery stores walkable in the back of the neighborhood. The sunrise was awesome a few steps walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was good. The room is cute and color scheme was very cohesive. Shower was good, shampoo and body wash available. Our room was on the second floor, elevator is small but it works. I would stay here again if ever in the area. Good job to the hotel staff.

The Benjamin is a beautiful boutique hotel that has successfully blended historic ambiance and modern amenities. It is situated in a lovely historic village, is adjacent to a park and the sea, and is an easy walk to numerous bistros, cafes and bars. The hosts are friendly and gracious, and the food was delicious and elegantly presented.

A potentially fabulous hotel ruined by broken A/C
I chose this hotel from pictures and revues. I only stayed one night prior to flying home the next morning. Although the location was next to Split airport, it was on the sea front within very easy reach of excellent restaurants and bars. The hotel was completely gutted and rebuilt (check out google earth if they still have the picture taken in 2011!). My room (6) was exceptionally clean but the views weren't much to write home about. However that didn't worry me as I was only there for one night. This hotel had every thing and more that I could need. EXCEPT it was ruined by the air conditioning not working. I had very little sleep in the sweltering heat even with both windows left open letting mosquitos fly rampant. The staff were friendly and helpful but not on 24hrs and therefore not there when you needed them. It has the potential of being a fantastic hotel at a fantastic price, but my stay completely spoilt by lack of air conditioning.

We are very sorry that in moment of your statement in our hotel happend that problem with air conditions. Unfortunatly our employer couldnt solve that problem during that night. But now that problem is solved.
