The private wellness area invites you to relax: a Finnish sauna and a relaxing whirlpool bathtub with a view of the water are available for relaxing after a walk on the beach. The large open and floor-level shower allows an unobstructed view of the sea.



The living/dining area is flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides.

The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Whether it's a romantic candlelit dinner or a convivial barbecue, harbour cinema and fantastic views of the sun are guaranteed. Comfortable garden furniture and an electric barbecue are available for your holiday use.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



Early risers can enjoy the unique morning atmosphere, a true spectacle of nature on the Schlei when ducks, geese and swans awaken.



The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to spend an evening by the fireplace on rainy days. Indoor entertainment is also provided by the large Smart TV with soundbar, subwoofer and Bluetooth.



The holiday apartment's dreamland is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a fantastic harbour view and is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a unique view of the Schlei - the first sailing boats can be seen early in the morning!

There is another sleeping area on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.



A further shower room on the first floor provides additional comfort.



This holiday property is a maisonette flat on the first and second floors. There is a car parking space and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: After a long walk on the beach, take a relaxing bath with a view of the harbour and unwind.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
