Booking Policies & Details
• Flexible Cancellation Policy: If official government travel or resort restrictions prevent your stay, or if a registered traveler in your party tests positive for illness preventing travel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your dates with full credit or issue a full refund.
• Elevated Housekeeping: Your health is our priority. Our professional cleaning crew follows rigorous, multi-point sanitation checklists. All high-touch surfaces, electronics, and appliances are sanitized using electrostatic sprayers and localized UVC sanitizing tools between every guest stay.
• Contract: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize all bookings. Future government tax or fee changes implemented after booking will be reflected in the final total.
