The only complaint is that we thought we were renting 3 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms and in reality we got 3 beds and 21/2 baths. Not ideal. I think it should be made clearer I the discription.

This was a fantastic location for our family. We had great grandparents, grandparents, adult kids and grandchildren(8)- room for all. We loved the condo, incredible views were enjoyed daily. The pack & play & high chair were very helpful. Close to pools, beach, shopping.plenty of beach toys and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful memories were made! We loved it!

INACCURATE DESCRIPTION!!

The Vrbo description is falsely advertised!! There is no bedroom with a king bed and 2 twins. And thee is no space for a cot or air bed!! Had one of our party not cancelled this would have been a disaster!! Some of the appliances didn’t work or work well and the furniture inside was pretty dirty. Would not recommend this unit. I have a screenshot of the Vrbo description!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

From the moment you walk into the condo you're wowed by the view. The layout is perfect for family. There are several options for swimming and relaxing on the property. It’s convenient to stores like Costco, Target, etc. Two things to know - washer/dryer are small and parking space tight for larger vehicle. Those things noted we loved out visit and hope to return. Mahalo.

“Luxury & Comfort: The Ultimate Family Condo Experience!!”

We recently stayed at KoOlina Beach Villas in Hawaii, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that set the tone for a perfect family vacation. The villa itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. It features a chef style kitchen that was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. The bedrooms were comfortable(OMG the beds were heavenly!! Hadn’t slept that well in a long time) and waking up to the view of the ocean was just Magical! The resort's amenities were top-notch. The pool area was stunning, offering one oversized pool, another lagoon style, multiple jacuzzi’s, a Koi pond with beautiful, ginormous Koi fish, plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas for relaxation. We spent hours enjoying the lagoon, which was perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The beach was just a short walk away, and it was pristine with beautiful blue water and soft sand. What truly made our stay special was waking up everyday with stunning views and taking a stroll on the lush, tropical grounds of the resort surrounded by beautiful views all around. The friendly demeanor of the staff also made us feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Traveling for work

We live on Maui and had an event booked in KoOlina for 5 days. We stayed in the suite with out team/employees and it was perfect! he only thing that would have been better for us would be to have 2 beds in the room that had the queen bed but this was clear going into the reservation. Our team enjoyed the pool and bar on property for some non alcoholic drinks and we were within 2 minutes of the venue site we were working at. Will be back!

unusually strong trade winds

Excellent property. Lynn our on-site contact provided excellent service. When we checked in she escorted us and helped us unload our cars. Upon entering the unit one of the bed rooms had a “whistling window” due to the strong winds. She had the Maintanence staff there right away and they were able to stop the whistle. Great Prperty, great service. Highly recommended!

Nice stay, but could be better

Cons: 1) Bedrooms and number of beds are misleading. The master room shows 1 king and 2 twins on vrbo website. However, the 2 twins are actually tiny folding cots. These are NOT actual roll-out beds. No one can sleep on a cot like this safely and comfortably for more than a couple hours. The cots were simply unacceptable, because the frames were unstable and with 2-inch thick air pockets mat that provided absolutely no cushioning value 2) Description states 3 bathrooms, but in fact it's only 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath (only toilet and sink, NO bath or shower) 3) Some people at the front desk (Property management) of the whole complex are not very helpful and at times downright unfriendly. They repeatedly told me at check-in time that if I lose or damage one of the key cards, I'll be charged. I only needed to be told this once instead of 5 times. Also, one of my keycards were not working well due to scratch magnetic strip. I came down to exchange and the front desk person said that she has no more to exchange for me WITHOUT ever checking her drawer. In other word, she was lying to get me off her back. 4) Each person in my party got exactly bath towel for our entire 2 week stay. That means we had to do laundry every other day or every 2 days. Each time we did laundry, we had to open the master bedroom door to allow the dryer heat to dissipate from the hallway. But when we open the doors to allow the heat to go out, the AC automatically turn off. 5) Cookware was mostly unusable due to their poor condition (severely scratched Teflon). For example, only one “non-stick” pan could still be used. This pan was the only cookware we were able to use during our entire stay. There are too many issues to mention here, but in general the owner should look at cookware, utensils, cooking tools etc. and replace them once in a while. 6) Toilet tissues and paper towels: We were told that the owner only provided some starter rolls. So, we had to buy our own. This was disclosed ahead of our stay, but in our opinion it's somewhat considered a low level of service when we paid so much for each night stay. Pros: 1) Beautiful area to spend a family vacation 2) We love the lagoons and the path to stroll through the Ko’ Olina lagoon area 3) Nice and relaxing swimming pool, garden, koi pond. Nice landscaping 4) Great view of ocean and property from the lanai, which is also great for outdoors dining. Overall great stay

Absolutely stunning!

What a pleasant surprise to walk into this condo and see the most beautiful view! The pictures don’t do it justice! The condo was clean and inviting. The AC worked well and there were ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen was top of the line and so easy to use. The beds were soft and so comfortable and the linens clean. Plenty of beach toys and wake boards for the teens. Appreciated the binder that held all useful information about the residence. Loved the lanai and the double rocker for the spouse and I. The grounds were immaculate and we loved all the pool and lagoon options. Costco was close for food and there were plenty of restaurants close by. A few things that would have made our stay perfect: we couldn’t open one of the bedroom windows, it was broken. There were only 3 tp rolls in the condo- we had to go out and buy more for our 8 day stay. The washing machine is quite small. Washing towels 3xs during our stay was a hassle for 8 people. We would have loved fresh towels every other day. More hooks to hang up beach and bath towels would have been helpful as it asked us not to drape towels over lanai or furniture. That said, we would stay here every time we come! It was the perfect location and absolutely beautiful!

Overall we had a great stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The villa was nice and big for our group. With that being said, the villa could have been cleaner as there was a lot of dust that had been collected in various areas of the villa.
