This townhome is one of the most expensive in the Ko Olina area, so we expected basic comforts such as dressers in all the bedrooms and adequate kitchen amenities. The unit was mostly clean and updated, with a large TV, a nice outdoor patio set, and a convenient location near the front gate and pool. However, two of the bedrooms did not have dressers, and one â more like a den â did not have a closet, so clothes had to remain in suitcases. The kitchen amenities were very limited and lacked many basic items. There was a significant amount of mold in the master shower, and none of the bathrooms had a place to put soap, so it had to sit on the floor. The unit is also located very close to the pool, making it quite noisy. Additionally, the pool management was very strict, and we often heard them yelling at children. On the positive side, the property management was very responsive â they quickly provided a crockpot upon request and were helpful when we lost the FOB key (I suggest attaching the FOB to a lanyard for convenience). However, they refused the dressers and told us to use the small night stand as a dresser. We stay in Ko Olina frequently, but unfortunately, this unit lacked some of the essentials needed for a comfortable month-long stay. It would benefit from a thorough bathroom cleaning and the addition of practical furniture for extended visits.
