Highly recommend and would stay here again!From the time we booked, prompt and friendly communication from the owners, Lani and Keith, which included very helpful recommendations about restaurants and places to visit that helped with vacation planning because I mentioned it was our first trip to Oahu.Really appreciated that Lani and Keith greeted us upon arrival, took up our luggage and showed us around the home and property. Also sent very clear check out instructions (very easy).My family of four felt very comfortable in the home and it has all of the amenities we needed. Very well stocked kitchen and I enjoyed cooking there while looking out at the amazing view. We loved our mornings having coffee and breakfast on the lanai, listening to the birds chirping. Very relaxing and hard to leave.We really enjoyed swimming and watching sunsets at the lagoon. It was never crowded.Location was great- ABC store nearby, other beaches to the north, travel to other parts of the island was always under an hour.

Such a great stay at this property. The views are excellent and the floor was so quiet, we never heard anyone else. The condo had all we needed for a comfortable stay, which beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had an amazing time. Lani and her husband were amazing and treated us very well. We had an unexpected issue with the kitchen sink, they responded immediately and were kind enough to give us a gift card to the bar for the inconvenience, which wasn't necessary but very kind. You can tell they care about their guests and want to make sure they are happy.

Look no further than Keith and Nalani’s fantastic home!

This was our third visit to Ko Olina and was the best property of the three. Everything was as advertised (or better). Updates have been made in key areas including new appliances. The washer and dryer were new and worked very well. Kitchen was well-equipped and modern. Overall, a very high-end feel throughout. We will definitely return.

Delightful Ko’Olina Condo

Our stay began with a gracious welcome from the owners. Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the pool was a great start to each day. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well appointed. Our days were divided between swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon, walking the beach walk from end to end and visiting our favorite spots around the island plus a few new ones. We’ll be back.

Fantastic Stay

You will not be disappointed in this condo. Owners met us and gave us a short orientation of the condo. So friendly and so nice. Condo was clean and well equipped. Pool,toys, beach chairs, cooler with wheels, boogie board, umbrella. Everything we needed was there. Views were amazing. Loved sitting on the patio with the breeze and view. Can’t wait to go back! We will definitely return again!

What a calm oasis in the midst of Brandon zoo Olina. While the other nearby resorts are overcrowded, this property is perfect for families with kids who don’t want to wait in line to reserve a lounge chair. The views are better than the photos. The beds are so comfy. The condo is spacious, and the hosts embody Aloha. The lagoon just steps from property is a perfect ocean experience for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Vacation at Ko Olina Beach Villas

We love this property and Nalani and Keith were great hosts! If you are looking for a vacation that is away from the hustle bustle of Honolulu this is the place. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and beach lagoons. There are restaurants, shopping, and golfing within walking distance.

Amazing beautiful location

We were here 7 nights. We enjoyed the quiet pool area and the lagoon most. We rented a cabana two days from royal Hawaiian beach rentals the staff was so kind and helpful with knowledge of the area. The restaurants are way over priced in the area. I suggest to just buy food and make it on the grills provided or go about 10 to 15 min way to zippy's our the more affordable places with bigger portions. My father and husdand enjoyed walking the path to the marina and watching the boats. I enjoyed the three hot tubes and sitting on the balcony and in the cabana. We would highly recommend staying here. Just make note that theese lagoons are privately owned and do not allow for use of your own umbrellas or beach tents but do have a variety of shaded places or rentals of umbrellas and cabanas.

Wonderful Location

We loved staying here for our first time to Hawaii. After driving around the whole island, in our opinion, this is the best area to stay. It is away from all the hustle and bustle but still centrally located for activities. Owners were awesome to work with and warming greeted us upon arrival to help us unload and show us around the grounds, which we deeply appreciated since it was all new to us. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Hawaiian Paradise

The property is beautiful with an amazing view. Very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, BBQ access, spending the day at the beach, or relaxing at the pool. There were 4 adults in our group, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool. The sunsets were amazing and you can walk to several restaurants. There is an Island Country Market close by, and Costco is only a few minutes away. We love the location of Ko Olina and would definitely stay again!
