We are proud to offer you a clean and modern condo in the heart of Kapaa! This lower unit in Village Manor has just been remodeled and is optimized for the comfort of a family or group of four (up to 4). It has 2 bedrooms that are furnished with a queen bed, the other room has two twin beds. It has 1 full bathroom with shower and 1/2 bath. It has a fully stocked kitchen with not only essentials like a microwave, electric stove top, and oven, but a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, multi-cooker, and rice cooker! With everything you truly need during your stay, you will feel like you are right at home. This unit is a street away from ABC, Safeway supermarkets and other shops and Waipouli Beach Resort. This is the central city for Kauai for easy day planning to North or South shores.

This complex HOA will not allow air conditioning, we have ceiling fan and portable fan in every room. The living room features a flat screen HD TV with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime. It has a unique dining table that doubles as a chess/checkers board you can play with in your downtime. The living room also has a stylish convertible futon in the living room that can accommodate an extra guest if needed (not recommended). There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi that can be accessed throughout the condo with USB docking station in every room.

The queen bedroom also has a 4K Ultra Smart HD TV with a Roku, free movies, Netflix, Amazon, and a PS3. The PS3 can be used to play a few games that are provided or play DVD/Blu-Ray Discs rented from nearby stores.

Other Bedroom also has a HD TV with Firestick TV and cable box.

The condo’s location offers convenient access to markets, steps to the beach with jogging path, beaches, rivers, activities, restaurants, and more. It is about 15 minutes from the Lihue airport with no traffic, and there is free parking in front of the condo. Waipouli Town Center and Kauai Village Shopping Center is right across the street and has supermarket, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants. The beach is a few steps walk away from the condo. A few minutes drive will get you to a place where you can rent bikes and enjoy the picturesque bke trail along the shoreline. Wailua golf course, Lydgate State Park and Wailua River is close by and offers activities to do during your stay. Lydgate State Park has a massive wooden playground and an amazing enclosed snorkeling area that you can enjoy. The Wailua River is perfect for kayaking and rentals are offered near the river.

We have a few beach items you can use for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach mat, and a cooler bag. With these, you will be all set to enjoy the beach with your family or friends!
There is a shared laundromat in Village Manor that you will be able to access, and code required.
Free parking space
There is no resort fee.

This condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. Central location for exploring the whole island. Great places to go for early morning walks from the condo. A little snug for 2 couples but ended up being perfect for us. Shower was GREAT and beds were comfortable. If you are going to be out and exploring the island this is a perfect location to go from and for the price on Kauai was an amazing deal. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time staying in Kapa'a. We were close to the beach, walking trails, shopping centers and restaurants. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We booked this condo in paradise for 3 weeks. Upon arrival we found burnt out light bulbs, and a non-flushing toilet. We’re a low-maintenance bunch and spend entire summers in a 450 sq ft cabin so… we bought and replaced lightbulbs, zip-tied the toilet so it would flush and went to bed. The next morning when neither the coffee pot nor Keurig functioned properly, we bought a pour over coffee system and contacted the management company listed offering to fix the toilet and replace coffee machine if we provided receipts for reimbursement. We received no response. Later on, we noticed water coming from under the sink. We discovered a leak in the garbage disposal. We cleaned up the mess and left a bucket to catch future drips.We unpacked our underwear and clothing into the dresser full of game components and bedding (there was 1 empty drawer in the dresser), shared the 2 butter knives, bought stemware so we could each had our own glass. We checked VRBO pricing in the area. We paid the going rate for similar accommodations.The mattresses in the twin bed room are quite cheap and uncomfortable. The shower and bathrooms have been updated, although there is no where to hang a towel in 2nd bathroom, the beach walk is nice, parking is a breeze and Kauai was wonderful.For reference, we have never left a remotely bad review and have traveled extensively.

Convenient location, walking distance from the beach and Safeway. The unit itself is a bit older than I expected.The flush in the main bathroom needed a nudge once in a way to refill, which is probably quite easy to repair. Also, there were amenities missing in the bathroom. Plenty of parking; overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, great island location. The description needs to identify that the AC is only sufficient for the bedrooms. The AC is not powered prior to arrival and takes 24hrs to catch-up. Bring a sleep mask if you need darkness as the 'blinds' provide limited value.

This place has A/C and TV's in every room. You are located walking distance from the beach, Safeway, Starbucks, restaurants, and Ice Cream with Dole Whip. Parking is convenient with plenty of spots. Jennie is available anytime you need anything. I will definitely stay here again!! 10/10 for us!

This was a great location and lovely condo with room for our family. They had provided some nice snacks and drinks which was wonderful and the extra niceties like the boogie boards, snorkel sets, cooler, umbrellas, etc were great adds. So wonderful. It was unbelievably hot, even with the swamp coolers and fans. There were swamp coolers in each bedroom so those rooms cooled off but the living room was uncomfortably hot. Luckily it was nice outdoors and this place had a small patio we could hang out in. I would recommend this place for sure and would stay here again. Communication with the host was a breeze. Access was a breeze. The bathroom was up to date and lovely. I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner they provided. It made my hair so soft and got tangled out with ease. I loved that we didn’t have to fight to find a parking space. The location was within walking distance to the restaurants, drug store, grocery, food trucks. Great location. Thanks for a great stay.

Kapa’a is wonderful! Condo was adorable, had everything we needed! Connor Jenni was very nice and easy to communicate with. The outside of the condo was older the back porch looks out to a big fence:( however I would rent it again, it’s fixed up really cute on the inside!

First time to Kauai

This place was cute. I little small for four adults, but we weren’t there much for it to affect our stay. We enjoyed the chickens outside our patio and the convenience of the location. There were many extras that we used like the beach chairs. It would be nice to have more bath towels for the rental.

Great neighborhood. Closer to beach. Host is very friendly. However kitchen and bathrooms could be better equipped with essentials such as providing extra utensils, Tupperware, better pots and pans, and food packaging items. Some items such as scissors and coolers were too old and not working properly. The fridge has no water dispenser. So proving a counter top water filter would help with drinking water. Bathroom can use floor rugs as they get wet to prevent slipping. There is no dishwasher and should have been explicitly called out in the property description. Some door knobs, handles etc are loose and need to be checked. Otherwise a good, clean and quiet place for families.

Perfect Home Base on Kauai

Nice place! It was me and my two teen daughters. It was very clean, plenty of towels and good soap, shampoo, etc type supplies which is super helpful since we all have to fly there and can't really bring that stuff.. There was also a nice set of beach towels and snorkel items. Located in at "3 o'clock" on the island it was ideal for checking out northern and southern destinations. We also took advantage of the beach just a few hundred yards away in the mornings. Easy enough to get to the trail heading north for one of the most picturesque runs you will ever go on. The condo is also right next to a safeway which was super convenient. Jennie was great with her communications. I would highly recommend this place.

This condo is in a perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants, and also centrally located on the island. It had everything we needed for a day on the beach and gave us the ability to some of our meals. When I had questions, I got a super quick response.We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at this condo was a wonderful experience. The location is close to a bakery and our favorite breakfast restaurant, "Waipuoli Deli and Restaurant." We enjoyed coffee on the back patio.
