'We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano. '

'Wir haben mal was Neues ausprobiert und waren absolut positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modernes Badezimmer und super bequeme Betten. Es gibt vor den Zimmern einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kühlschrank etc. Die Bushaltestelle (für den Bus nach Ascona) ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Daher sind die 7Rooms super gelegen. '

'We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. We received a warm welcome with excellent staff who remained that way for our all too short stay. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The manager recommended a restaurant which was excellent. The breakfast was very good '

'Het verblijf in Chalet dei Fiori liep iets anders dan gedacht. Bij aankomst bleek het Chalet helaas bezet. De eigenaar excuseerde zich voor de miscommunicatie maar bood ons een heerlijk alternatief aan in het hotel Stelle Alpina. Moesten wel iets bijbetalen maar dat was zeer de moeite waard. De suite was zeer comfortabel en het uitzicht op de vallei was fantastisch. Slapen in zeer comfortabele bedden en het geluid van de rivier op de achtergrond: pure verwennerij!'
