During your stay you'll have full access to your unit and the amenities offered.

This second-floor unit of a duplex is accessed by a full flight of stairs. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit features two bedrooms with king-size beds and a full bathroom with a shower. An in-unit washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

The driveway is shared. Parking is available for one car in front, with additional parking in the driveway behind the home if needed.

The pool is shared with the unit below. While the pool schedule runs from May 1 to September 30, the actual spring opening date depends heavily on the weather and rainfall. Please keep this in mind when booking May dates. The pool is not heated and is available seasonally.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation. This extends to the building amenities as well.
