Cozy split level home in western KC. I live in the lower level. Guest suite is the main level consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Separate entrances. Full kitchen with appliances and cookware for your use. Washer and dryer. New ceiling fans added to each bedroom. Two TV’s complete with numerous streaming services. Located just minutes from Kansas Speedway. Easy access to I-70 to connect with other KC attractions. I look forward to hosting you. NO LOCALS!!

Close proximity to Legends and Azura Stadium

Our senior ladies group that travel together monthly sure enjoyed the nice large well stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and location of the property. Our hosts were onsite which gave us an added sense of security although we didn't hear or see them. We also made some suggestions of helpful items and they arrived the next morning. Talk about service! We were impressed and loved that we didn't have to strip beds or start laundry. We will definitely book here again. Quite handy to all of our shopping and the Stampede.

Amazing Home!

Perfect Spot!

Great place to stay and wonderful host. We were all very comfortable. Family of 5 and the kids enjoyed the space, TV etc. Host was very accommodating and had great communication. Neighborhood is what you expect on the edge of a busy city. Never felt unease! Will return as we used this spot to stay at while visiting family nearby.

Very Welcoming, Loved the Kitchen

The space was delightfully clean and wonderfully decorated. Little extras all over the house made us feel very welcome and allowed us to make meals with ease in the kitchen. Our family of five appreciated the two full bathrooms. Entering the home with several people carrying items got a bit tricky because of the split level design, however, we would definitely recommend this house to family and friends!

Cozy, cute, and convenient!

The house is super clean with a lot of positive energy. The beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen and dining space was open and perfect for my party of three. James is the best host ever!! If we needed anything at all, he responded very quickly! The house was stocked with everything you could ever need. The house is located just minutes off I70 as well as a few miles from the Speedway shopping area. VRBO app wasn’t working shortly before our trip - so James texted me to make sure I had all information I needed before arriving the next day.

Great Place!
