Réservation d'hôtels à Kandalama

« Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more...

« Aara Wild near Sigiriya was the highlight of our whole Sri Lanka trip. From arrival, the warmth of the welcome set the tone – every member of staff, from housekeeping to guides to the kitchen team, was genuinely, unfailingly lovely. It’s rare to feel so looked after and so at ease at once. The activities were fantastic and varied: a sunset walk with incredible views, a relaxed afternoon tea, a chef’s dinner served poolside under the stars, and a hands-on cooking class. Each felt personal rather...

« Everything went wrong from that very start. I had no reservation booked in my name. I was offered a room, i was the only one there and felt uncomfortable. I went to check in the next day, but was told they were booked out. Then I was told that another booking was made at another hotel. And when I arrived the new hotel was not aware. Hotels.com was not very helpful. Still awaiting payment to be made I wa »

« Sigiriya Village is a beautiful place with a splendid view. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, the hotel is very large with many guests, which could feel a bit overwhelming, and the breakfast was rather average »
