'This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face. Breakfast is on the cart serving orange juice from concentrate but otherwise was good you can only select one option. As said I couldn't find anything to...

'Most things are just like a mediocre hotel with everything you need and friendly staffs. The only problem I have is the loud AC noise. I believe so many comments mentioned about it. Otherwise, it’s all good I like those big animals in the hall.'

'Ik snap de score op de verschillende websites niet, het bijgebouw waar wij een kamer hadden was oud, slecht onderhouden. De kamer stonk, vies tapijt. Het bed een kussens lagen slecht. Vreselijke prijs kwaliteit verhouding in vergelijking met de 10 andere hotels waar we deze vakantie sliepen. Het enige pluspunt was het ontbijt, als je van een zwaar op ontbijt houdt tenminste.'

'Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however...

'Het huisje was leuk ingericht maar vooral de vloer was ontzettend vies. We hoorden later dat dit komt omdat er ook honden in het huisje mogen. Toen we er wat van zeiden werd er wel meteen schoongemaakt met heel veel chloor. Het huisje is erg klein maar wel knus, geen ruimte om kleding op te hangen. Het keukentje heeft geen gootsteen of toaster. De badkamer heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. De badkraan hing half los en het bad heeft veel schade. '
