Chalets in Kanazawa

'The house was very spacious. Interaction with the host before our arrival was minimal. The neighborhood was fairly isolated and there was not even a convenience store nearby. It was within walking distance of a number of sights.Layout of the house was not ideal, especially for older visitors with some mobility issues. Sleeping area was up a fairly steep narrow stairway, without a bathroom on the same floor. We ended up moving the futon downstairs into the living room and slept on the floor...

'Great area with an excellent restaurant across the street. On the route for the hop on hop off bus. Very clean and lots of room. Kitchen is very well equipped and beds were very comfortable even though they were the traditional Japanese style. Bathrooms upstairs and down. Great property for a larger group or family. '
