'Absolutely wonderful property! My kids 5 & 3 loved the house, the river and surrounding area. It was so quiet and peaceful here and this home had everything! So much charm! We recommend the otsego lake for more swimming. 11 for a daily pass and 15 minutes up the road. This house was close enough to everything we needed, but also far enough away for serenity. Wonderful vacation!'

'Overall, we loved the location of this place… It was so convenient to slap town, the beach, CVS, and getting in and out of town… We visit TC every year, so it was nice to not be in such touristy spots… The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was very nice. Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But...

'Great location, walking/biking distance to restaurants and breweries in Traverse City. The bakery next door was clutch! We loved being about to walk to the waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay (about 10 minutes), as well as restaurants in the nearby Oakwood neighborhood.The property is well-maintained, clean, and cutely decorated. We have an older pup, and the steps to this unit were a bit steep for him, so next time we'd opt for the first-floor unit.'

'This little quaint place provides the comfort and warmth required for skiing in upper Michigan. We brought our 4 children 14, 16, 19, and 22 and it suited us so much better than a hotel. Support was wonderful with the correct info at right time, not too pesty. Love this place! '

'There was ample amount of communication with Brendan - including an online guide book to review ahead of time as well as it being printed out for you upon arrival! Rooms were spacious, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner. We loved the available coffee and additives and the cute s’mores kit they provide. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the lake! We rented a pontoon for our trip and the dock was perfect for it! We utilized the paddle boards, paddle boat and kayaks! Played corn...

'Very cute bungalow and very clean and updated with everything you need to stay comfortably! Loved the decor and everything about it. Only complaint is that its not as remote and secluded as the photos lead you to believe. It's on a street with other homes that you can see from the front and side windows, and no window treatments on the living room or kitchen windows.'
