When we arrived the air conditioner was not working well. I called the emergency number and they walked me through resetting the breakers. All was great after that. Having an immediate contact was great.

Everything We Hoped For

As we pulled into the property, I was a little apprehensive that the property wouldn’t quite live up to the expectations we had in our minds after looking at the pictures online for months and anticipating our time on the Big Island. When we walked in all my fears were allayed as it was everything we hoped it to be. The home was great in every way. Being able to open the great room fully to the pool area and the beautiful Hawaiian weather was a real treat that we haven’t had anywhere else we’ve stayed. We spent so much time enjoying the wonderful vista for sunrises and sunsets and it was tough to leave.Communication was easy and responsive with the management team. They were great to work with.The property was very well equipped. If you need it, it’s probably available. There was even a panini maker and pasta maker - didn’t need to use either one but nice to know they had them if we needed them! As a nice touch, the washing machine had a container of detergent pods so I didn’t even have to use the ones I brought along. The master bed was very comfortable and the pillows, something that are so often just big bags of mushy feathers, were firm enough that I didn’t miss my own at home. WiFi was very fast and stable throughout our stay. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and would recommend the property to anyone looking for a wonderfully relaxing time in Hawaii.

Awesome Oasis

What a wonderful, beautiful home and property management was top notch! Everything went smoothly and very responsive! This experience is a 10/10. Only suggestions would be improve lighting in secondary guest bathroom, no handrails at pool and house was a bit dusty.

Amazing Kona stay

The stay was amazing, everything we expected and more. The state of the property was immaculate and beautiful. Every appliance you could need. The pool area was relaxing and exceeded expectations. The neighborhood was extremely safe, neighbors were very nice. We would definitely come back here should we travel to Hawaii again. This was better than any resort we could have stayed at. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Exceptional home away from home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning vacation rental home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Amazing home and view

We absolutely loved this home. It is a great location. We loved the pool and spa/ hot tub. The views were spectacular and I took pictures every morning (so serene) and every evening (gorgeous sunset). The home provided pool toys so my kids (from one to 12 years old) were always busy playing in the pool if we were home. The kitchen was fantastic. Any time we ate, we ate outside. We would definitely come back here!!

Amazing rental!!

Wow, just wow! This home is amazing!! The views can’t be beat, and the home is just perfect!! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the whole home is extremely clean!! The kitchen has everything you need and between that and the grill, we enjoyed almost all of our meals on the Island on the lanai!! There are plenty of towels and beach towels, and the amazing laundry room makes laundry a breeze! There are plenty of beach chairs, snorkels, toys, etc, an even two coolers to use. The location is exceptional, super close to the KTA grocery store and everything else you need. Great location for exploring the island, but then so very peaceful and quiet when you return. The neighborhood is very high end, and very secure with a guarded gate. We will definitely be back!

Paradise

This was our 3rd time back to the Big Island & definitely the best, with our second time in a VRBO in the Keauhou Bay Devt. Island Oasis was our favorite overall. Quiet neighborhood. We settled right in & it felt like home away from home. Serene, gorgeous views & I LOVED the Masterbed mattress! Best sleep I've had in years!! We'll be back!

Our Kona retreat.

The home was amazing...the location as well. The house was so nice, we ended up hanging out there much more than we had anticipated. We started each day out and about and retreated back to the house to enjoy the pool in the afternoons and for sunset. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Thank you for accommodating us.

Best vacation property and location we’ve had

The photos do not do justice to how well planned, well kept, thoughtful, convenient and beautiful this home is. Pros: You have everything you need in the home, kitchen, pool floating etc. Sunset views are unbeatable. Groceries and gas are within 1.5 miles. Cons: Absolutely none! We will visit here again within the year.

That View!

The pictures online of this property were what made us rent this house. But, truly the pictures did not do it justice. The views throughout the house were amazing. The house itself was gorgeous with a huge kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The layout of the house was perfect with the Master Bedroom on one end and the two other bedrooms located at the other end separated by the kitchen and family room. The pool and hot tub as well as the comfortable chaises and outdoor furniture made us want to hang out at the house all day. The putting green was an added bonus and the gated community made us feel very safe. My family already wants to return!

Absolutely incredible! They had everything ready upon arrival— towels, coffee, sunscreen, and all the plates and appliances needed to host a dinner party. Spectacular views and definitely worth coming back:)

I will not stay at this property again

Beautiful house; well appointed. However, this gated community seems to have a lot of vacation rentals. Unfortunately, we were next to vacationers with small children screaming and playing in the swimming pool before 6 am and the house above ours had vacationers with screaming teenagers playing in the pool all day long. So much for a quiet serene holiday…

Amazing Stay in Paradise!

I rented this property with a group of friends for my 30th birthday. I couldn’t imagine anything better! We woke up every morning with a gorgeous view and had a quick swim in the pool. Having a private hot tub was amazing too. The layout of the house was perfect- giving everyone private space when needed but allowing us to enjoy time together in the kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio. We had plenty of towels for the pool and showers and pool floaties and beach equipment were readily available to us as well. Any questions or requests were quickly addressed by the property management team. While we explored a lot of Kona and the Big Island, I could have easily spent everyday lounging by the pool. Overall, a wonder stay and one of my best rental house experiences!

Relaxing luxury home close to activities

We had a blast. House was clean and comfortable, including pool and hot tub. Lots of amenities, full kitchen so our chef had no problem with anything. Great secure neighborhood. Only hiccup was told to request an early check-in by calling when we arrived but when we did the office is closed on weekends. However the couple little things we needed addressed, we called or emailed and it was taken care of. Great stay, would definitely look to rent again.
