Kona / Keauhou
The sunny Kona District is celebrated for its crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and rich cultural heritage. Located just 8 miles south of Kona International Airport, this region is home to historic landmarks like Hulihe‘e Palace, Moku‘aikaua Church, and Ahu‘ena Heiau.
Kona is a world-renowned destination for deep-sea fishing and plays host to major annual events such as the International Billfish Tournament in August and the Ironman World Championship in October. On the cooler upland slopes, you'll find the heart of Kona coffee country, where the region’s famous beans are grown.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of daily ocean activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, paddling, and watching spinner dolphins or Hawaiian sea turtles glide along the shore. For a more relaxed experience, dine or sip a cocktail along Ali‘i Drive as boats pass by in the distance.

Keauhou
Located at the southern end of Kailua-Kona, Keauhou Bay marks the birthplace of King Kamehameha III and offers a more tranquil slice of paradise. The bay is known for its calm, inviting waters—perfect for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and snorkeling. It’s also a popular spot for manta ray sightings and guided ocean adventures.

Kanaloa At Kona
Kanaloa at Kona is a peaceful oceanfront condo resort tucked away in the scenic Keauhou area, just south of Kailua-Kona on Hawai‘i Island. Set across 17 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, the resort boasts panoramic views of Keauhou Bay, the fairways of Kona Country Club, and the rugged lava rock coastline.

LUVA Vacation Rentals properties are professionally cleaned. LUVA has taken extra cleaning precautions to assure our arriving guests that they can vacation with confidence.
Self check-in, no-contact check-in service.
We provide a LUVA starter kit for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room.
We provide a "Welcome Gift" to our arriving guests.
LUVA is your on-island contact before, during and after your stay.
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with LUVA Real Estate.

$30 Registration Fee – Upon arrival, guests must check in and register at the Kanaloa at Kona front desk to obtain a parking pass. The registration fee is payable directly by the guest.

To ensure a seamless holiday experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year's stays:

- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
