Enjoy the comforts of home in the Luxury Ocean Villa, 217. This second floor studio villa has an exceptional, unobstructed ocean view from your private lanai. This unit is only 60 feet from the beach and a two minute walk from the newly remodeled Ritz Carlton at Turtle Bay.

Ocean Villa 217 amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, a printer, in unit washer/dryer, hair dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen - updated in 2024, a full size Miele fridge, and a new luxury king bed with Hotel Collection sheets. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a huge soaking tub. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, and coffee filters. Ocean Villa 217 also includes a reserved parking spot in a gated lot at no extra cost to guests. The parking spot is only steps away from the villa with easy elevator or stairway access.

Ocean Villa 217 comfortably sleeps 2-4 guests with its king sized bed and a high end American Leather Co. queen sleeper sofa with a cooling gel mattress.

This villa is on the North Shore of Oahu, known for its pristine beaches, dramatic waves, and romantic sunsets. It is one of 57 private luxury villas that share 880 acres and 5 miles of private untouched white-sand beaches with the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort.

Enjoy sandy beaches, two 18-hole PGA golf courses, surfing, paddle boarding, horse riding, snorkeling, hiking, helicopter rides, whale watching, full service spa, and several casual to fine dining restaurants.

The Ocean Villas are located just minutes away from the world-famous surfing Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach, historic old Hawaii Haleiwa Town, Polynesian Cultural Center (voted #1 Luau of all the Hawaiian Islands), Dole Pineapple Farms, and Waimea Falls Park (botanical garden). Diamond Head, Honolulu and Pearl Harbor are only 50 minutes away.

Ocean Villa 217 has new luxury bath towels and sheets, beach towels, snorkel masks and fins, beach chairs, an ice chest, a professional body board, and a beach umbrella, all for you to use. The best part of your trip, though, will be sitting on your private lanai and enjoying the dramatic waves and warm tropical breeze.

This condo was great! So clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The balcony was a great place to have coffee, dinner, cocktails, and just relax. The beach cove was super accessible and the pool/spa weren’t over crowded. The bed is on the firm side so if that’s not your thing, you might be uncomfortable but it was fine. We’d stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this location and condo. Was perfect. We took advantage of all the facilities available. We enjoyed sunsets, the beach/bay, Turtle Bay facility, the pool and the property. Location was perfect. A close drive to the food trucks on the north shore. The condo had chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment and more. The condo was decorated so cute and had the best balcony to enjoy the views. Would stay here again for sure!

Everything was perfect. The host was very communicative throughout the process, the unit was super clean and the furniture and kitchen glassware, utensils and plates were high end. The hotel, even though not affiliated with this particular unit was very accommodating throughout the hurricane warning. They provided us a high floor to wait out the warming as well as provided food and drink. We were very pleased with our stay on the North Shore.

This property is amazing. Clean, spacious, with a great unobstructed view of the ocean. I usually wipe down surfaces when I stay at hotels and this place was spotless! The room in person feels a lot bigger than the pictures online.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this VRBO spot!! It is perfect! 1. You can NOT beat the view of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves! It was my highlight!! My husband and I did not eat out at all because the view from the balcony could not be beat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I’m so glad I didn’t bring my hairdryer because the hairdryer provided was even better than the one I have at home. This rental has everything you need. There was no amenity that I had to go to the store to buy. There was even laundry detergent for us to wash and dry our towels and clothes. Also, the bed is unbelievably comfortable.2. Sapphire, our host, was quick to respond and clearly excited for us to enjoy our stay! We really appreciated all her help! She responds within hours and is also genuine in wanting us as her guests to be happy. 3. Turtle Bay was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for anything more. My husband and I loved renting bikes and riding down the Turtle Bay bike path and finding cool beach spots to sit, enjoy and relax. Turtle Bay really has everything you need. if I could give this rental a rating above 10, I would! I would book this spot again in a blink of an eye!! Thank you Sapphire for everything!

This was an amazing properly and we absolutely loved it! It was my wife and I and my mother-in-law. The two beds worked well. Honestly the couch bed is quite comfortable. Some kind of newer memory foam Style. The views are beautiful. The beach being right there to access and the ability to eat at the restaurants and not have to go anywhere if you don't want to. Definitely would consider staying here again especially if it was just my wife and I wanting to relax.

Perfect for two

Awesome location. Easy beach access. Probably one of the few locations on the island where you can see the sunrise and set on the Pacific horizon. Ritz Carton is a five minute walk. We did breakfast there one morning. It’s stocked with soap, shampoo, towels and laundry detergent (we needed to wash clothes!). Full kitchen amenities were nice to have. Killer view from the balcony.

Hands down this condo should be in the Condo Hall of Fame. While all other condo buildings at the Ocean Villas face the pool (think vintage Holiday Inn), this is the only building that truly faces the ocean. Add to the fact that this is on the second floor, which greatly enhances the view, and you won't want to leave the balcony for your entire vacation. The interior accommodations and furnishings are first class. We'll return to this exact spot again and again. Mahalo!
