Beautiful upgraded ground floor 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on Fazio's first fairway. Tastefully decorated. The extended living room replaces lanai with a wall of windows /sliders facing golf course with beautiful view of sunset and added space. Main bathroom is a shower tub combo and master bathroom having a standing shower. Porcelain tile throughout the unit with a updated kitchen . Window A/C located in the bedroom( only) . Cable TV, phone, and Wi-Fi. Owner has added boogie boards and beach chairs for guests to use. Linens and towels are provided. Pool and barbeque just outside your door. This property also has pickleball, basketball and Tennis courts. Parking is included with the unit( stairs from the parking leading down to entryway).

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Great Location, but needs major remodel

Starting with the dishes in the cupboard had dried food on them, the TV in the living room was maybe new in 2002 and teh guide feature didn't workz plus no instructions for either TV. The pool is good, but I cut myself on the screen door going the 1st time, because the contol for the door doesn't hold as it should( old). While it was nice to have beach chairs they are rusty, old and falling apart. The shower in the big bathroom is extremely hard to turn on. If a VRBO is supposed to be competitive with a hotel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion should be furnished.The pool/outdoor staff is ver nice and accomodating.

Had water amenities like snorkel gear available. More than two beach towels and some bbq tools might be a good idea. A text or email with all information might have made check in more effective but a very helpful security guard saved the situation. It was partly our fault for coming to the property after dark but no lights on the unit numbers was a struggle.

Everything was great, except the air conditioner. It is located in the room so in order to cool the living room, it has to be at full blast and leave the door open. When you are sleeping the AC is really loud (because you want to keep the living room cool) so it takes a couple of nights to get used to the AC noise.

Enjoyed the lush green landscape , the ocean, the walk and drive of the country side. Enjoyed the food and desert's at Teds Bakery. Our daughter and husband spent Thanksgiving Day with us. That was a treat for us.
