It’s located in a great spot on the north shore with only a short drive in either direction to some great secluded beaches, restaurants, and activities. 'As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much.
