'Tara View Apartments is a peaceful, beautiful property. The staff are helpful and congenial. The accommodations are shockingly good for such an economic option. Public transit and taxis are hard to come by, so car hire is recommended. That provided, there couldnt be a better place to stay in County Meath unless one absolutely must be able to get to the city by foot or bus.'

'De ligging van het appartement was uitstekend. Het was zeer rustig in de omgeving en het appartement was schoon. De eigenares was aardig en heeft ons warm verwelkomd. Het contact was erg goed. Ik zou het appartement zeker aanraden! Groetjes uit Holland.'

'Vorige week 3 nachten in het koetshuis verbleven. Toen we aankwamen was men verbaasd, ze hadden ons niet verwacht. We waren een van de eerste die geboekt hadden via vrbo (eerder altijd alleen via een andere site). Er was het weekend een bruikoft geweest en de laatste gasten waren die ochtend vertrokken. Sue bood haar verontschuldigen aan en ging zo anwl mogelijk iemand regelen om te komen poetsen. Ze zou ons bellen als het koetshuis klaar was. Na ongeveer 2-3- uur belde zij en konden we...

'The cottage is a converted farm building with an eclectic collection of furniture which proved quirky but comfortable and our host was very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days there. The steps up to the mezzanine bedroom are quite steep and narrow so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues but our adult son had no problems '

'A beautifully renovated stable building with several units - immaculate in every way! Our hosts were warmly welcoming, and everything was as advertised (or better !) Highly recommended for couples or families; accessible to those with mobility needs; sparkling clean and cozy! '

'The cottage was great and well furnished. Caroline met us at the door even though we got in later than intended and gave us a tour then remained in contact with us our entire stay. She made sure we had everything we needed. Her and her husband are gracious hosts. We had everything we needed and more. They even helped us with suggestions of what to see and offered to make the arrangements for us. Great stay. '

'The hosts were very gracious and or little one enjoyed walking around the woods and getting to see a few animals. Very nice that they had a travel crib and a highchair for us to use. Ashebourne had a surprising amount of restaurants for takeout and easy access to Dublin/the airport with a rental car.'

'The accommodations were as described. The location was perfect for our interests and trip purposes. The breakfast was cheap, stale and the milk expired the day after we arrived for a 4 day stay. '

'This was the perfect accommodation for a 3 generation family. The welcome basket was a good example of the thoughtful management. We also chose to have a home cooked meal provided on our first night of arrival which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.'
