'I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. The appliances were top of the line, the kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled(or built)and came with plenty of linens. There was cold water waiting in the fridge and ice in the freezer. 'Just finished a 4 night trip at the end of July. This house was great for 6 of us. The bedrooms were spacious and separated giving everyone some space. Beds were very comfortable. Having air conditioning in all of the rooms and not just the bedrooms was a plus! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing and it was nice to be able to walk down to Long Bay Beach! 'We stayed for three nights and were sad to leave. An absolutely stunning location, with short walks to multiple beaches. The local restaurants were top notch, but with a fully appointed kitchen, we could have easily made all our own meals. It was definitely a worthwhile visit.'

'We had a group of 10 adult friends. Everything about Sunset House was great. The staff treats you like you own the place. Meals are as good as anything on the island and more affordable (if that matters to you). Carmin the house manager is incredible to work with. 'The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time.'
